I had them come out and they said it wasn’t my washer it was a plumbing issue so I saved money to have a plumber come out and once I was home to do laundry after spending hundreds of dollars, my washer is doing exactly what I called them in to fix It was always an issue of my washer not spinning and draining The tech didn’t even run the water when he was here just blamed it on a plumbing issue Now because I had to save money they are saying it’s been to long They took my money and didn’t fix the problem I hired them to fix

Words cannot express how exceptional Hal is! Communication, professionalism, pricing, timeliness - he even fixed, at no charge, a small issue with my fridge while here to fix my dishwasher! I always support small business first and Hal was everything I love about small business owners! Definitely will be my go-to for all appliances in my home moving forward. He was even great with my active son and 2 dogs circling around him. Don’t think twice, hire Hal and you won’t regret it! I had a great experience with Hal Fix when my dryer stopped working. Scheduling was easy and fast (next day after my original call). Eugene came out and was kind, knowledgeable, hard working, and professional. He found the issue, got the part, and had it up in running in less than two hours. I felt the fee was fair and reasonable. Excellent service, very polite and timely. Nobody wants to call for repairs but if I need something again I’ll be calling them!
