A S7 October 2026Tried calling for a quote, need to replace GE washer gasket seal because itās moldy not because itās faulty. Whoever talked to me on the phone said they charge $100 for a diagnosis, and then the technician could give me a quote for the service. Huh???? I repeated myself, and he again said itāll be $100 for a diagnosis before they can give me a quote. This sounds like such a scam, specially when Iām telling you thereās nothing wrong with the washer and itās just for maintenanceā¦ Do not waste your time/money here!! I already got 3 quotes from other companies within 20min, all without needing a ādiagnosisā first.Posted on Google

They fixed the issue with the washer (it wasn't spinning) while also explaining what was wrong so I understood the work involved.
